Transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Boulder

ALL participants must make their own arrangements for transportation from the airport to the hotel and return. Super Shuttle service (http://www.supershuttle.com/en/Boulder.html) will deliver participants directly to hotels and is recommended for most travelers. Reservations can be made, but are not required from DIA to Boulder. One-way or Round-trip tickets can be purchased at the airport. Reservations are required for the return trip from Boulder to DIA and can be made online or by telephone. You hotel may assist with these arrangements. Please make return trip reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Driving directions and additional options for transport to Boulder are detailed on the NCAR transportation page.

Wednesday 2 November: NCAR Foothills Laboratory Building 2, 3450 Mitchell Lane

Wednesday evening reception: Boulder Marriott Hotel, 2660 Canyon Boulevard

Thursday and Friday, 3-4 November: NCAR Mesa Laboratory, 1800 Table Mesa Drive

Transportation between hotels and the meeting site

Bus transportation will be provided from the following hotels to the meeting site:

Taxicab service is available from other hotels in Boulder. Consult with your hotel if you want help calling a cab.

Wednesday, 2 November

07:45 Busses will pick up participants from hotels for transport to NCAR Foothills Laboratory, Building 2

18:15 Busses will transport participants from the meeting site directly to the reception at the Boulder Marriott

20:00 Busses will return participants to the Residence Inn and the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. The reception site is a short walk from the Best Western Golden Buff

Thursday, 3 November

07:45 Busses will pick up participants from hotels for transport to NCAR Mesa Laboratory

20:30 Busses will return participants to the hotels after reception at the NCAR Mesa Laboratory

Friday, 4 November

07:45 Busses will pick up participants from hotels for transport to NCAR Mesa Laboratory

13:30 Busses will return participants to the hotels

Unfortunately we are unable to provide travel support to meeting participants. However, a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at a special meeting rate at the hotels listed below. Participants should contact these hotels, or others in the Boulder area, directly to make reservations.
